After moving and settling into Denver last fall, we decided to buy and flip another property just down the road in Littleton! In the summer of 2022, we found a 3 bed/2 bath midcentury ranch ripe for some updating. The bones were solid here but every inch needed some TLC. The creative vision was to honor the original details and craftsmanship in the house while also adding unique touches and modern amenities. Koren served as the lead designer, project manager, and often laborer throughout the entire renovation. Custom design features include a floor to ceiling brick fireplace, uniquely patterned hardwood flooring in the kitchen as well as handmade concrete tile, a built-in dining bench, not to mention a handful of other special details sprinkled throughout the home! It was a 4 month project that resulted in a beautifully curated modern and functional home close to downtown Littleton.
